DISTILLATION :
Made on the island of Reunion with a first distillation at 80° before ageing at 50°.
AGEING ENVIRONMENT :
In Belgium, in old Bourbon barrels. Vigorous heating.
DWELL :
Average 3 years ageing
(assembly of different ages).
CONTENT : 50cl | ALC. : 40° | SUGAR : 2gr /100ml
Tasting characteristics
NOSE : A charming nose, marked by the scents of roasting (mocha and coffee) developing on notes of chocolate, coconut, liquorice and the caramel side of crème brulée.
MOUTH : A round, smooth mouth with a slight sweetness. The Zandoli La Réunion is a rum that incites gluttony!
COLOUR : Deep dark.
