DISTILLATION :
Distilled in Jamaica with a first distillation at 70° before ageing at 50°.
AGEING ENVIRONMENT :
One to two years in Jamaica and maturation of ageing in old Bourbon barrels in Belgium. Light heating.
DWELL :
Average 3 years ageing
(assembly of different ages).
CONTENT : 50cl | ALC. : 40° | SUGAR : <2gr /100ml
NOSE : A fresh nose of apricot that evolves on aromas of mirabelle plums and super-ripe fruit. With its “esterized” side, the nose is intense, concentrated with an exotic dimension (very ripe bananas).
MOUTH : A supple, “gourmet” mouth, with notes of fine pastry.
COLOUR : Brilliant gold.
